With MOBIKO, your employer provides you with a Deutschlandticket as a Jobticket. No matter where you are in Germany, you can use your Deutschland-Jobticket throughout Germany on your commute to work and in your free time.

The Deutschland-Jobticket was introduced alongside the regular Deutschlandticket and offers companies a better adaptation of the regular Jobticket.
As soon as your employer activates the ticket for you in the MOBIKO app and subsidizes at least 25%, an additional discount of 5% on the total price is granted. The employer can therefore subsidize between 25% and 100% of the ticket price. The employee pays the difference.
All you have to do is book the Deutschlandticket via the MOBIKO app. After booking, you can decide whether you want to activate the ticket immediately and can therefore use it straight away, or whether you want to wait until the following month to activate it.
MOBIKO uses a so-called Progressive Web App (PWA) instead of a native app, which we traditionally know from the App Store.
The PWA is therefore not downloaded from the App Store. In return, we can carry out updates more quickly and are not dependent on an app store provider.

Of course, MOBIKO is available in English and German. You can change the language in the web app by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner and then on “Change language”. In the app, you will find the same function at the bottom right when you click on “My account”.

In general, you should register with MOBIKO within 7 days of receiving the registration link. If you have failed to do so, please ask your admin to invite you again.
The password reset link is valid for three hours. If you need a new link, please send us a short e-mail to support@mobiko.de.
You can book the Deutschland-Jobticket digitally via the MOBIKO App and activate it immediately or later. After activation, you can use the ticket immediately.
No, your ticket will be personalized. You may have to show an official photo ID at a ticket inspection.
If you have booked your Deutschlandticket as a Jobticket directly via MOBIKO, you do not need to submit the ticket again. It will be charged automatically via your pay slip and/or employer.
Unfortunately this is not possible. In order to receive the subsidy from your employer, you have to book your ticket via MOBIKO.
However, if you have received a MOBIKO mobility budget from your employer, you can submit the ticket there as a receipt. When you book your ticket via the MOBIKO app, you will automatically receive the subsidy. You can track this on your payslip.
No, the ticket booked in MOBIKO is processed via our partner. However, the ticket is valid throughout Germany.
You can cancel your ticket at any time and book a new one the following month. Pausing is therefore possible.
Yes, you can purchase your ticket at any time during the current month. Immediate activation means you can use your ticket straight away.
No, the ticket cannot be transferred to wallets and can only be used via the MOBIKO PWA app.
No, you can access your ticket at any time via the MOBIKO App. Simply log in to the MOBIKO PWA on another smartphone.
Your Deutschland-Jobticket is automatically deducted from your salary. Your employer’s contribution will be shown on your payslip and your own contribution will be deducted from your salary.
The Deutschland-Jobticket will be deducted directly from your salary. So you don’t have to pay in advance. As soon as you book your ticket in the MOBIKO app, it will be automatically deducted from your next payslip. You no longer have to submit your ticket to MOBIKO afterwards.
