The credit on your Mobility Card is automatically made available to you each month by your employer based on the payment plan assigned to you. If you notice any irregularities in the payment of your balance, please contact your Card Admin or HR department.

In principle, the Mobility Card is restricted to mobility only. Your employer also has the option of restricting the types of mobility. You can see which mobility types you are authorised to use in the MOBIKO PWA.
Yes, you can do that with these four steps:
- Open the MOBIKO PWA and click on the map module. A virtual card is already displayed there – but without card details.
- To see the full card details, you will need to go through a short verification process using an SMS code. After confirmation, you can view the details for a few minutes.
- Open your Wallet app. Click on the plus sign and select the ‘Debit or credit card’ option. Apple Wallet: Enter the bank in the next step. IMPORTANT: Select SWAN as the card provider. The camera will then open automatically on both Android and Apple to scan a physical card. In this case, tap ‘Enter card details manually’ at the bottom instead.
- Now you can transfer your MOBIKO card data to the wallet – done! You can now use your MOBIKO Card with your smartphone to make payments.
As a user, you are required to fully utilise your budget, as this cannot be paid out.
